CleanBridge Foundation

The CleanBridge Foundation was established to support charitable initiatives aligned with compassion, resilience, and long-term impact. The Foundation reflects CleanBridge’s belief that financial expertise and global perspective carry a responsibility to contribute meaningfully to the communities and causes that need it most.

Rooted in a tradition of service and international engagement, the CleanBridge Foundation focuses on mobilizing resources to address specific urgent human challenges—particularly in the areas of medical research and patient care, and for disaster relief. The foundation’s work is guided by a commitment to practical action, measurable outcomes, and sustained support.

Origin and Legacy

The Foundation was created by and continues its purpose in memory of Ralph von Specht (1950–2011), Co-Founder and Managing Director of CleanBridge (formerly Pan American Finance). Ralph’s life and career embodied internationalism, disciplined leadership, and a deep sense of responsibility toward others. His response to adversity—most notably his courageous battle with ALS—shaped the values that underpin the Foundation’s work today.

Mission and Focus

Today, the CleanBridge Foundation is dedicated to funding research and patient care while supporting the global search for cures for two aggressive and life-altering diseases:

  • Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)
  • Bone cancer (Osteosarcoma)

In addition, the Foundation continues to support disaster relief and community-based initiatives, especially in regions facing acute hardship following natural disasters or systemic disruption.

Continuing the Commitment

The CleanBridge Foundation exists to ensure that this spirit of service endures as a living, evolving mission. While inspired by its founder’s values, the Foundation operates independently with a forward-looking mandate—focused on deploying capital and support where it can make the greatest difference.

Through partnerships, targeted funding, and ongoing engagement, the CleanBridge Foundation seeks to contribute to meaningful progress in medical science, compassionate patient care, and resilient communities worldwide.
